The commemorative ceremony of NOVA’s Day 2015 will take place on the 29th of October, at 5 p.m., on NOVA’s Rectorate Auditorium.
Eduardo Romano de Arantes e Oliveira, NOVA’s general council president, will discourse and Luís Portela will be the Guest Speaker. António José Teixeira, NOVA alumnus, will also deliver his speech.
A representative of the Students’ Council and NOVA’s Rector, António Bensabat Redas, will also pronounce their speeches.
During the ceremony, the new PhDs will receive their insignia and the faculty, researchers and students that stood out in the academic year 2014/2015 will also be distinguished.
