Post-graduate educational courses offered by IHMT/Nova include Masters Courses (2nd Cycle), PhD (3rd cycle), short-term and specialization courses (technical-professional, non-degree courses) and distance learning courses.
In the area of Development Aid, IHMT also offers courses that can be tailored to the needs and priorities of the applicant institutions. These courses are focused and relocated to the member states of the CPLP.
In 2014, 460 students from different countries around the world followed postgraduate and advanced courses at the Instituto de Higiene e Medicina Tropical – IHMT. 130 were scientists working on their PhD. 163 were attending Master’s Degree programs.
